Carin Watson is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of pushing large organizations to think differently and experiment at the periphery of their core business. With 20 years of marketing, product development and corporate innovation experience with Fortune 500 companies, she understands what it takes to make innovation a repeatable driver of growth.

Carin holds a BS in managerial economics from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from Kellogg’s School of Management. Having worked closely with IDEO and the Stanford School, Carin regularly facilitates design thinking and creativity workshops for professionals, educators and students.

Her current mission is to reinvent corporate innovation and to help companies get out of their own way and unlock their ability to change the world. Carin lives in San Jose with her husband Tim and two children— Callie (17) and Lucas (14). Callie has been an active member of the Children’s Musical Theater since her first summer camp in 2011. Since then CMT has been an extended family to the Watsons. When they’re not at the rehearsal hall or theater they enjoy baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, piano, reading and Legos.

Kanisha Turay, Vice Chair

Kanisha is a Manager of Field Training at Pacific Gas and Electric Company with over 20 years in Utility Operations. She has extensive leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and building agreement working with utility staff and unions. Her leadership has proven to inspire innovation, process improvement, and safety accountability. She attended UC Berkeley Hass School of Business for Executive Leadership.

Kanisha has led several executive level process improvement projects and was an active board member for her company’s Women in Operations, a network supporting women in non-traditional roles. She is currently a Diversity Equity and Inclusion ambassador for her organization supporting opportunities for all co-workers.

Kanisha is a Bay Area native raised in San Jose, with a passion for giving back and serving her community, she also has an active role within her church community leading special events. She has always had a love for performing arts and is an avid Broadway Musical fan. Kanisha is married with 3 sons and her youngest son also has a love for music, he is a classical pianist playing in his school’s Conservatory.

Michael A. Pereira, MS & MCR, Sr. Director of General Affairs/Workplace for Samsung Electronics. Samsung is the global leader in open, standards-based unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) solutions for voice and video collaboration.

Michael is responsible for the World Wide Real Estate Portfolio Strategy, including the Corporate Real Estate Technology, Lease Administration, Space Planning and Global Programs. He also co-chairs the Technology Special Interest Group for the Northern California Chapter of CoreNet (Corporate Real Estate Network).

Michael is a Big Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization and was formerly on the Board of Governors for the American Musical Theater of San Jose. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University, an MS in Business and Information Systems from University of San Francisco and an MCR (Masters of Corporate Real Estate) designation from CoreNet Global.

Dipti Arora, Treasurer

Dipti is a senior finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting. She currently heads the financial planning and analysis team at Circle Cl. She began her career in public accounting and has held various accounting and finance roles across the globe. She holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Dipti was born and raised in Zambia, Southern Africa, and moved to the US for graduate school. Music and dance have been an integral part of her African upbringing from being in the choir in elementary school, pursuing piano and voice in high school, and choreographing ethnic dances for charity events over the years. Dipti is married with an inquisitive and boisterous eight-year-old boy who has the same passion and enthusiasm for performing arts. She hopes for him to be a part of CMT in the near future.

Mary Pacifico Curtis is the president/CEO of Pacifico Inc., a leading Silicon Valley PR and strategic communications firm. A graduate of Northwestern University—Mary currently serves on the boards of the Children’s Musical Theater and the San Jose Jazz Society as an Arts Commissioner for the Town of Los Gatos and on the founding advisory committee for San Jose Rocks.

Mary is  recipient of the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal Award recognizing both excellence in the industry as well as social responsibility and a frequent speaker on topics pertaining to branding and marketing, and participates actively in the Public Relations Society of America and the Business Marketing Association.

Brian Savage

Brian Savage is Associate General Counsel of the corporate legal team at Airbnb, a global travel company. Brian helped guide Airbnb through its $3.5 billion initial public offering in 2020 on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Brian is responsible for all corporate legal activities at Airbnb, including corporate governance, public company reporting, corporate development, equity and employee matters.
 

Prior to Airbnb, he was a corporate securities attorney with Latham & Watkins and Gunderson Dettmer, two leading legal advisors to technology and other growth companies. Brian has worked closely with emerging growth companies his entire career and has broad private and public company experience, helping companies comply with securities laws, raise money, manage employees, build their business, go public and get acquired. Brian has led his teams through hundreds of venture deals for both investors and startup companies, led initial public offerings, and counseled management, boards and underwriters through complex transactions and issues.  

 

Brian has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
 

Brian loves theater and enjoys literature, sports, comedy, film and food. Brian has three kids, all of whom have performed in past CMT productions and continue to do so. 

Patrick D’Angelo

Patrick J. D’Angelo actively assists business owners, sellers, buyers, bankers, and advisors, to navigate the mergers and acquisition arena. Pat’s core value of candid analysis serves him and his clients well.

Pat started his career in the San Jose office of Arthur Anderson, whose offices were within walking distance of his childhood home. Pat received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Leavey Business School at Santa Clara University. Additionally, Pat is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor.

Pat is a natural mentor, teacher, and coach both to his clients and other professionals. In the five decades he has been refining his art, he has worked both as a CFO for private companies as well as CPA for small businesses.

Active in his community, Pat has led organizations as diverse as American Musical Theater, to  his local Parish Finance Committee. Pat served on the AMT board for 11 years, where he was chairman for two years and selected as outstanding board member three times.

Pat has been married to the love of his life, Ginny for 42 years. They have 7 children and 11 grandchildren, whose activities tend to use up most of his free time. When time is available, he focuses on his love of movies, card games, and musical theater.

 

Kevin Hauge

In his 29th season as Artistic Director at CMT San Jose, Kevin has led the nation’s leading theater company for youth in taking on increasingly challenging and professional-quality productions. His innovative approach to productions includes incorporating modern techniques and technology, all culminating in recognition of artistic excellence from the National Endowment for the Arts for ten years.

A recipient of the prestigious Lin Wright Special Recognition Award by the American Alliance for Theater and Education, he has been the guest speaker at the International Association of Theater Educators Conference in Washington D.C. and the Education and Technology conference in New York City. Kevin has collaborated on productions in a variety of venues all over the world. He has staged ice shows, magic shows, musical revues, industrial shows, corporate parties, television specials and book musicals for a variety of companies, including Tropworld (Atlantic City), Harrah’s (Reno), Six Flags Parks (nationwide), and Royal Viking Cruise Lines (worldwide).

Some of the unique productions Kevin has worked on include You’re In the Movies (MGM Grand) in Las Vegas, World of Wonders (Everland) in Seoul, South Korea, and a special Easter Celebration (The White House) in Washington D.C. Kevin has appeared several times as a guest artist with the San Jose Symphony and has served on the exhibits committee at the Tech Museum of Innovation.

Alexandra Lanoie (Lexie)

Alexandra Lanoie (Lexie) is an Operations Manager iCIMS. She was born and raised in Los Gatos, attended Saint Francis High School and graduated with a degree in Communications from University of the Pacific.
Lexie began her career on the Executive Management Team at Target Corporation. She led a team of 175 contributors that were committed to supporting teams and leaders to build a sales force that was passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations and a place where teams loved to work. Lexie is the recent recipient of the 2020 Salesforce Owner’s Award – an Annual Salesforce Conference of Recognition for the top 30 performers recognizing both individual contribution and extraordinary team success.
She is a patron of the arts and supporter of the San Francisco community. For six years, Lexie was an avid member of the National Charity League, Heritage Oaks Chapter. She also served as Recruitment Chair for three consecutive years for Delta Gamma Fraternity and is currently a member of the Junior League of San Francisco – an organization of women committed to improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Their most recent focus being advancing the social and emotional well-being of the youth and elderly in San Francisco.

Michael Mulcahy

Michael leads a privately held real estate and investment firm with roots that stretch back generations to the agricultural heritage of Santa Clara Valley. He was born and raised in San Jose, attended Bellarmine College Preparatory and graduated from the University of Southern California. He began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial—now CBRE—and after five years he took a life-changing detour to serve as Executive Director of Children’s Musical Theater San Jose from 1993- 2001 leading it to be recognized as the nation’s largest theater for youth. Worth noting—Michael started as a young stage performer with CMT at age six and over the past forty five years, has continued onstage as a Marquee performer, as a parent, and in the boardroom.

In 2001 Michael returned to the private sector as Managing Partner of SDS NexGen Partners. Most notable are the firm’s investments in Willow Glen, a thriving neighborhood business district in San Jose. He is a past president of the Willow Glen Business Association. In 2006 Michael was a candidate for Mayor of San Jose. Although he did not advance he is credited for running an extremely competitive and professional campaign—bringing a voice for change to the debate. His campaign was endorsed by the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, Metro Newspaper, SJ Mercury News columnist Scott Herhold, and Silicon Valley Community Newspapers. He is very proud to have made a significant imprint on the most competitive political election in San Jose’s history.

He is a past president of the board of Children’s Musical Theater San Jose, and served four years as chair for Team San Jose. He is a senior fellow and former board member of American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley. Michael served twelve years as a Hillbrook School Trustee and is a current member of Archbishop Mitty High School’s Board of Regents.  Michael resides in Willow Glen with his wife Kimberly and their three daughters, Claire, Ella, and Camille, have all performed with CMT.

Josh Levine

Vice President of Operations for RFMW

Josh is the Vice President of Operations for RFMW, a TTI company and has been with RFMW for 15+ years.  RFMW is a technical distributor of RF and Microwave semiconductors and components.

Fortunate enough to grow up in the shadow of Broadway on Long Island, Josh has been going to the theatre as long as he can remember and performed in school and camp productions.  Favorite roles include Tom Thumb in Barnum and Danny Zuko in Grease.

His favorite current role is ‘dad’ and lives in Morgan Hill with his wife Sarah and current CMT performer Reese.

Realizing the impact that the arts can have on children growing up- whether they are up on stage, behind the scenes or in the audience- Josh is excited to be part of an organization that shares and exemplifies this vision.

Selina Garrison

Director Professional Services Intuit Data Exchange Platform – Intuit

Selina Garrison is a Silicon Valley executive that has worked across various technology sectors.  She started her career in space systems, and has since led various global teams in Consumer Products, Mobile Devices, Payments, Transportation, and the Small and Medium Business sector.  Selina has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of California Irvine and a Master of Science in Quality Assurance from California State University Dominguez Hills.  Over her 30 year engineering career, Selina has been an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and has been passionate about how technology changes lives.  She currently leads a global Professional Services team responsible for partner connections, data uploads, and technical support at Intuit. 

 

Selina has also served on the Board of Directors of the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy, in which she focused on corporate value propositions and Ignited Education, which brings modern technology to underrepresented communities.   Her current Board positions include Notre Dame San Jose High School, where she Chairs the Strategic Planning Committee and is Co-Chair on the newly created Diversity Committee.  In addition, Selina sits on the Financial Data Exchange Board, where she represents Intuit and advocates for industry data interoperability.  In 2023, Selina was named one of the, “Top Ten Leading Black Female Executives Behind Intuit’s Stellar Brand” (Cherly Magazine Winter 2023). 

   

Selina grew up in Southern California, is the daughter of immigrant parents from Panama City, Panama, and has lived in San Jose for the last 20 years.  In her spare time, she enjoys live performances, gardening, DIY projects, and being outdoors. 

 

Evelyn O’Donnell

Evelyn O’Donnell is founder and CEO of GreenMouse, Inc. (www.GreenMouse.com)—a leading Silicon Valley recycling company specializing in the safe and responsible recycling of electronics. Evelyn—a former sales and marketing professional—founded GreenMouse in 2005 with a vision to create a purpose-driven company that would provide sustainable employment and training to at-risk young adults.

A patron of the Arts Evelyn served on the Board of Directors of Children’s Musical Theater San Jose (2003-2008). Her company works closely with the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in sponsoring its annual celebrity golf tournament to benefit the Emmys Foundation. She was also a producer/investor in the New York Broadway musical Godspell.

Carter Skeath

SVP Content Licensing and Business Strategy  – CBS Television Distribution

Carter is a CMT alum and enthusiastic supporter of the organization.

Currently an SVP of content licensing and distribution at CBS in Los Angeles, Carter is a dynamic senior level media executive with over 12 years experience negotiating complex rights agreements in Traditional and Digital media. He recently graduated with an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. His expertise include media market assessment, strategy implementation, launching profitable organic ventures and financial modeling.

He has an entrepreneurial drive, a passion for problem solving, and a proven track record of driving high percent increases against benchmark revenues.

Kerry Wood Einertson 

Executive Director of Government Affairs and Public PolicySAG-AFTRA.

Kerri Wood Einertson is the Executive Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy at SAG-AFTRA.  She has been with SAG-AFTRA for twelve years.   

In this current role, Kerri overseas government affairs for the union, where the focus is on state and federal issues affecting performers, including copyright, production tax incentives, and anything involving a government entity that helps SAG-AFTRA members thrive. 

 

In 2022, Kerri was appointed to the California Film Commission by Speaker Anthony Rendon.   

Prior to SAG-AFTRA, Kerri was an executive recruiter at Korn/Ferry International in Los Angeles, and worked for several years for Congressman Brad Sherman on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
 

Kerri is fluent in Spanish and speaks it as often as possible.  She is a longtime member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses, the select volunteer group that produces the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game each year. 

Kerri is a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of USC.  She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, two growing daughters, and a very special German Shorthair Pointer/Labrador mix. 

Erez Yereslove

Lee Wilcox

Assistant City Manager, City of San José

Lee has a significant range of government experience and holds strong partnerships in the community and within the City of San José organization. In his current role as Assistant City Manager and Chief Operating Officer, he works with the City Manager through the coordination and engagement of departments to carry out City Council policy direction and ensure service delivery goals. In his current portfolio he oversees all public safety departments as well strategic support functions.

Lee has also been a Deputy City Manager with portfolios consisting of environmental and utility services, as well as, transportation and aviation city service areas, which include the Community Energy, Environmental Services, Airport, and Transportation departments. In addition, he simultaneously served as Co-Director of the City’s Emergency Operations Center during the City’s COVID-19 pandemic response.

Lee has previously held the position of the City Manager’s Chief of Staff and Director of the City Manager’s Office of Administration, Policy, and Intergovernmental Relations. Before these positions, Lee spent time as the Budget Director for the Mayor’s Office, as an Assistant to the City Manager, and as a Senior Executive Analyst in the City Manager’s Office of Economic Development working on downtown issues. He began his City Hall career as the Chief of Staff for the Office of former Councilmember Nancy Pyle. Lee also spent time in Sacramento serving as a Legislative Aide.

Born and raised in San José, Lee holds a Master of Public Administration in public policy and administration in local government from the University of Colorado, Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Sonoma State University. He also holds a certificate in local government management and leadership from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government.

Dana Zell

Dana is a CMT San Jose alumna and is thrilled part CMT family in a leadership role. As Managing Director she brings with her more than twenty years of theatrical management and marketing experience.

Previous clients include the Broadway touring production of Wicked, Disney Theatrical Productions (Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Aida), Broadway touring productions of Hairspray and Contact, The Roundabout Theatre Company, and the Vineyard Theatre. She also served as Marketing Director for CMT from 2003 to 2005.

Dana holds a BA in Communications from University of California, San Diego and an MFA in Theater Management from Brooklyn College. In 2017, she joined the board of Team San Jose.
