<li>Create      and generate executive dashboard charts and reports</li>
<li>Edit      and update existing operational database documentation</li>
<li>Develop      and manage data hygiene procedures</li>
<li>Coordinate      data entry efforts with volunteers </li>
<li>Provide      ongoing database assistance to internal staff</li>

ACTIVITY CENTER COORDINATOR</h3></p>

<p>Children&rsquo;s Musical Theater San Jose (CMTSJ), the largest theatrical performing and training organization of its kind in the nation, is seeking a highly experienced, enthusiastic, motivated, and trustworthy individual to lead, coordinate, and maintain all aspects of its newest program, The Lime Lounge.&nbsp; This is a part-time, seasonal position.</p>

<p>The Lime Lounge is a supervised activity center that is offered as an optional service to CMT&rsquo;s Rising Stars performers who are between the ages of 6 and 14 years old.&nbsp; The program is held in one of CMT&rsquo;s rehearsal studios in its Parkmoor Avenue location.&nbsp; A safe, convenient, and fun environment, The Lime Lounge is a place for performers to spend their down-time during rehearsals, finish their home-work, or relax with friends and familiar faces.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Candidates for this position will be expected to create weekly program activity plans; keep needed program-related supplies stocked and inventoried; assist in program-specific marketing efforts; manage, and assist in scheduling, volunteers and assistant room aides; communicate effectively with CMT employees and rehearsal staff; provide excellent customer service to parents and families; supervise and care for the well-being of each child who participates; collect, process, and reconcile program income; track usage trends of the program for the organization.&nbsp;</p>

<h3>QUALIFICATIONS</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong interest and knowledge in youth performing arts</li>
<li>An avid leader for the arts and arts education</li>
<li>Experience working with children, ages 6-14</li>
<li>Ability communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, volunteers, and community</li>
<li>Successful experience in managing adult and high school-aged volunteers</li>
<li>Detail oriented, with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>Technologically proficient in the following programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook); Filemaker Pro, a plus</li>
<li>Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred; ideally in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Arts Administration</li>
<li>Current and valid CPR and First Aid Certification preferred, may be required upon hire at employee&rsquo;s own expense </li>
<li>TB Testing, Fingerprinting, and Background Check may be required upon hire at employee&rsquo;s own expense</li>
</ul>

<p>CMT is an equal opportunity employer.&nbsp; Starting pay is $12 per hour.&nbsp; Position available immediately.&nbsp; Required hours are late afternoons and early evenings on Tuesdays-Fridays, as well as mornings and early afternoons on Saturdays.&nbsp; Some Mondays are possible.&nbsp; Schedules will mirror CMT&rsquo;s performance rehearsal schedules and as such are seasonal and may vary from week to week.</p>
