Tips for Securing Tickets
- Get approval from your principal or group leader in advance. Cancellations made within 8 weeks prior to the scheduled performance date will not be refunded. In the event of a cancellation, the ticket buyer will be held responsible for payment and charged in full for the total number of seats reserved.
- Prepare your payment now. Payment in full must be received at the time of purchase, either by credit card or check.
- Provide an email address that you check regularly. If your email has spam filters, be sure to add "registration@cmtsj.org" to your approved contact list, otherwise important information may not be received.
- Provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete or inaccurate registration information will delay scheduling.
- Register each school separately. If you are planning to purchase tickets for multiple schools or educational groups, you must register each one separately.
- Schedule your transportation early. CMT is not responsible for providing transportation. Once your reservation is confirmed, make sure to schedule necessary transportation right away. Click here to view more information about transportation to the theater.
- Get parent permission slips out early. Once your reservation is confirmed, make sure to send out parent permission slips for the trip right away.
- Take note of suggested grade levels. Note, these are recommendations only. CMT suggests including details about our organization and also about the performance, its subject matter, and content within your parent permission slips to ensure proper parental consent. If you have additional questions about program appropriateness, please don't hesitate to contact us.
