FAQ

EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS, you will be emailed your season tickets in your previous seating in the following weeks, unless otherwise specified in your renewal. You will have until September 1st to purchase before losing your secured seating.
 

NEW SUBSCRIBERS, or an existing subscriber requesting a change of seating, you will be contacted about your seats after September 1st, following the renewal deadline for existing subscribers. Please make sure that the email and telephone numbers provided are the best ones to reach you. We will deliver your tickets by email once your seats have been confirmed. 
 

CMT-FLEXSUBSCRIBERS, you will have the opportunity to secure your ticket (s) prior to the cast Friends & Family pre-sale for each show throughout the season. Keep your confirmation email with your flex code for your records, you will need to apply the code to redeem your tickets during the checkout process. An email will be sent to you prior to the pre-sale with a secure link and you will have 1 week before tickets are released for public on-sale. 
 

Questions about your season tickets? Please contact the CMT Box Office. We can be reached by phone at (408) 288-5437, ext. 821 or by emailing tickets@cmtsj.org. We encourage you to schedule in-person appointments in advance, as the box office hours do fluctuate throughout the season. 
 

Exchanging your tickets? As a subscriber, you may exchange unexpired tickets for tickets to another performance date of the same production. Exchanges can be made up to 2 hours prior to showtime. Please be sure to email us for any changes. While we cannot guarantee your same seats will be available, we will always secure the best available seating for your exchanges. 
 

Not using your tickets? Please don’t let your tickets go to waste! You may exchange them as outlined above, gift them to a friend or family member, or donate them back to CMT so they may be resold. Even if its last minute, please feel free to send us an email so that we can avoid seating gaps in the core of the house. 
 

Subscriber email. On occasion, we may need to send you pertinent updates via email. If you are not sure that we have your current email, send a quick message to so that we can update our subscriber records. 
 

Lost your tickets? Not a problem! Simply contact the box office, and we will be happy to email you a replacement. Or, on the day of the show, visit the Montgomery box office (beginning one hour prior to the performance), and we will reprint your order.   
 

Parking. For those who subscribed at the VIP level, more information will be coming on where you will be parking and how the new process will work. We look forward to sharing this information with you.
