CMT is offering an exciting summer of comprehensive theater training that promises to be entertaining, challenging, and inspiring. CMT recognizes each child's individual talent and gives him or her the necessary building blocks to grow as a performer.
Each session includes courses in voice, acting, dance, and rockin' workshops which culminate in a performance for family and friends.
Available for grades Pre-K through 12.
No audition is necessary!
A Typical Day At Camp
Each day, campers rotate through core classes in voice, acting, and dance. In addition to these core classes, we also offer an exciting array of workshops. Throughout each session, campers work toward a final performance for family and friends, designed to showcase their talents and effort. Final performances are held in the morning and afternoon on the last day of camp.
Never Have The Same Day Twice
Because of the many campers who attend both sessions, we make sure that each camp is a unique, fun, and exciting experience!
We're Giving You Our Full Attention
Our classes are designed to provide campers with individual attention. The maximum number of campers in any class is 20. Many classes are staffed with teacher assistants and extra camp counselors, so the ratio of campers to teachers is often even lower.
What To Bring
Campers must bring a bag lunch. Snacks are not provided. No glass bottles please. Water bottles are welcomed and encouraged. Please label anything your child brings to camp.
Tiny Tots (Camp Full - wait list only)
Pre-K through Kindergarten
Tuesday through Thursday
9:00 am to 12:30 pm (Extended care not available)
These stars-to-be will learn to explore their creativity through music, storytelling, movement, and arts and crafts. Both fun and educational, we have created our Tiny Tots classroom to provide a warm and nurturing environment, giving campers the opportunity to gain a wonderful first introduction to the theatrical arts.
Rising Stars
Grades 4 through 6
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
These rising stars are on their way to an exciting, challenging, and fun-filled summer! Do you have a little one who is always the life of the party or the clown at the dinner table? Holding sold-out concerts in the carpool? Do you find they can't keep still? CMT Summer Camp is the place to be!

Audition Techniques
Take the plunge! Auditioning doesn't have to be scary or mysterious. Build up your confidence while we break down the A-B-C's of auditioning for your next (or first) audition!
Think On Your Feet!
Throw away your scripts! Learn to improvise and think on your feet by working with one of the best sources ever invented - your own imagination!
Disney's High School Musical
We just couldn't resist! Learn some of the dances from today's most popular cultural phenomenon!
Mainstage Conservatory
Grades 7 through 12
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
Ready to hit the stage this summer? No stars shine brighter than those found in CMT's Mainstage Conservatory program. Our fun and demanding summer curriculum is a perfect fit for those seeking to build upon and improve their musical theater talent, as well as for those just getting started! Our core classes in voice, acting, and dance help students gain confidence and skills in all three key disciplines, transforming previous weaknesses into future strengths. In addition to becoming well-rounded performers, these stars will benefit from a variety of stimulating and entertaining workshops, which include the following:
I Hope I Get It!
Learn how to audition more successfully. You will learn simple but dramatically effective tips to get results!
Make 'Em Laugh!
Learn the basic ideas and theories behind improvisational comedy.
You Talkin' To Me???
Visit with local professional actors and ask questions to learn some of their tricks of the trade that will help you get ahead.

Extended Care Available
Green Room Hours:
Morning - 7:30 am to 9:00 am
Afternoon - 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
We know that life can get pretty busy, but have no worries! Green Room Extended Care is CMT-run childcare, offered as a convenience to you at the CMT summer camp site (for Junior Talents and Risings Stars only).
During early morning and late afternoon hours, campers may pick from a variety of activities. These may include outdoor games, indoor games, arts and crafts, and viewing of G-rated movies. Campers may also choose to read quietly or talk with friends.
If you plan to use Green Room every day, make sure to pre-register and you will receive a discounted price that is over 50% off the hourly rate!
