Mando Gonzalvez (he/him) is a CMT alumni and volunteer raised right here in San Jose, California. He began his journey with CMT in 2010 as a performer in Junior Talents’ production of Rugrats, and has participated with the organization as a performer, camp counselor, teacher, crew member, costume shop assistant, stage manager, and now, director. Outside of CMT, Mando recently graduated from Point Park University with a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts focusing in Playwriting/Directing, having directed four original works, and assistant directing the Pittsburgh Playhouse’s 2025 production of Urinetown, directed by Benjamin Viertel. Aside from playing The Legend of Zelda and riding his e-bike, nothing brings Mando joy like collaborating with young performers to create and devise live theatre. He can’t wait to see everyone at auditions!

Chloë Geneveive Fehr has worn many hats at CMT, from artistic team associate (Newsies, A Christmas Carol), to studio class instructor, camp manager, stage manager (The Drowsy Chaperone, James and the Giant Peach, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer), and choreographer (Fiddler on the Roof, Godspell, Once Upon a Mattress, Seussical). She feels incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to work with so many talented young artists and help foster their love of theater. She currently works at St. Christopher School, where she has a blast teaching TK and assisting with the performing arts program. In all of her free time she loves to knit, read a good book, run, and scrapbook. 

Melian has been with CMT for 11 years both on stage and offstage as a costumer and a performer, as well as a staff member for many many sessions of Camp CMT. She is currently an Elementary School Music Teacher with Music For Minors, as well as a Music Education major at West Valley College. She also teaches private voice lessons both through San Carlos Children’s Theater, as well as her own private studio. She’s excited to jump back into Vocal Directing, after a few years vocal directing with Starting Arts, and now her first time at CMTSJ.
